Absolutely shocking behaviour on the phone. Waited ages and arrived with not the correct order and absolutely soggy and frozen. Went in the bin. That woman needs customer service training what an attitude saying its not her fault they are busy. WELL DONT TAKE THE ORDERS. never again, worst meal i have ever had. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a collection walked into shop 5mins early. Food was served wrapped n going oot the door 2 mins later. Really fresh n hot 👍

Both me and my partner have food poisoning last 2 days since we ate the food the fish was soggy and the chicken nuggets tasted funny chips were also very soggy

Was a 17:20 collection...I got there 17:10 I was served straight away ...in & out in 5mins. Got home food was freshly made n hot lovely. Service was great the girls were so polite.

Waited 50 minutes for order for it to be stone in arrival. It was so cold we had to reheat it before eating

I have been going to Joe's Food Bar for many years, simply put they are one of the best for miles around.

Ordered tonight all I can say is a disgrace as you will see we are Regular customers. Order 2 quarter pounder specials got the the rolls were wet on the bottom and the feel to bits the quality of the burgers were very poor. 2 Sauage suppers ordered only one was delivered I has to call the shop when I waited 2hrs from the start of ordering until the food arrived. I told then I did not want the item replaced as the first one the was delivered the chips were greesy and soggy. Called back for a refund no one in the shop can process a refund the manager is off but his brother is in. I asked when the manager was back and I was told that they had no idea. I find this hard to believe. I would not Order from Joe's again and it is just poor very poor. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Ashley kerr

I adore Joes, the owner always has a chat and banter with me when I come in. Ordered yesterday after a rough day in hospital when I got home, and when my boyfriend brought the pizza home from collection, the owner had put some extra chips in for me on the side for no reason than just he remembers me! Really made my day. Thank you! Also, the food was delicious as usual!
