Really poor cold food, batter on sausage was hard and chewy. Was awful, 30 mins late too.

I have been going to Joe's Food Bar for many years, simply put they are one of the best for miles around.

Ordered tonight all I can say is a disgrace as you will see we are Regular customers. Order 2 quarter pounder specials got the the rolls were wet on the bottom and the feel to bits the quality of the burgers were very poor. 2 Sauage suppers ordered only one was delivered I has to call the shop when I waited 2hrs from the start of ordering until the food arrived. I told then I did not want the item replaced as the first one the was delivered the chips were greesy and soggy. Called back for a refund no one in the shop can process a refund the manager is off but his brother is in. I asked when the manager was back and I was told that they had no idea. I find this hard to believe. I would not Order from Joe's again and it is just poor very poor. Customer service has a lot to be desired. Ashley kerr

I adore Joes, the owner always has a chat and banter with me when I come in. Ordered yesterday after a rough day in hospital when I got home, and when my boyfriend brought the pizza home from collection, the owner had put some extra chips in for me on the side for no reason than just he remembers me! Really made my day. Thank you! Also, the food was delicious as usual!

Was not as i expected

The food was ok, I asked for no onions at all with a salad that come with chips cheese and donner meat, when it arrived it was lathered in spicy onions and onions in the salad, I can’t eat onions that why I asked without, so I couldn’t enjoy my dinner as half of it had to be scraped off due to the onions, the incompetence from them, clearly they can’t read a simple instruction, this seems to happen every time I order and a salad comes, this is the last time, busy or not they should always pay attention to an order

I paid for 2 chocolate bars but didn't receive them that's the second time that's happened , next time I will make sure I check full order is there before handing over money , they owe me £4
